At Vela Vacuum Storage Bags, we are committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to organise your return with us. We are here for you

Return Conditions

To initiate a return, please email us at admin@vacuumstoragebags.co.uk. Include your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be arranged with us before sending the product back.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Used vacuum storage bags can not be returned, unless they are faulty. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed. Credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days minus the delivery cost.
